At Kelly, we have developed a comprehensive approach to evaluating, testing, and applying solutions to the problem of water penetration. We know that each situation is unique with its own set of problems. By applying our approach, we can easily determine the exact solution.

Kelly provides a Four Step Approach to determine the solution: Investigation Kelly will conduct an on-site evaluation of the water infiltration. Through the use of high pressure water testing, we can quickly determine the extent of the penetration. Testing Once the problem has been properly isolated, we will apply the agreed-upon solution to a sample area of the building. By using this method of testing, we eliminate the possibility of using the incorrect caulking material. Evaluation The sample area is tested to determine the success of the caulking material to withstand the rain. The area is then thoroughly inspected for water penetration. Installation Once the results of the test are accepted, we then apply the solution to the entire project.
