Over the past 25 years, the construction industry has seen an expansion of the Exterior Insulated Finish System (commonly referred to as synthetic stucco) as an exterior and interior building material. Utilized for both decorative and exterior wall system construction, synthetic stucco has created a specialized trade for the installation and restoration of building facades.

At Kelly, we have worked with architects and manufacturers to develop a program, which incorporates the design flexibility while enhancing the structural integrity. The ability to manufacture special shapes in our shop, allows us to provide owners a cost-efficient method of restoring their buildings, bringing them into the 21st century.
