Our People

Kelly Enterprises is made up of 6 full-time office personnel and 70 full time field installers.

James M. Slavin

James Slavin is the founder of Kelly Enterprises, Inc. and the visionary behind Kelly's growth. Mr. Slavin is coordinating the changeover of the company to his children, to ensure a smooth transition into the next century. Mr. Slavin has an exceptional background in the area of swing scaffolding and equipment adaptability to meet the jobs' specific requirements. His field experience is in building restoration and caulking, and is currently active in the highly regarded Sealing and Waterproofing Institute.

Gerald W. Blank

Jerry Blank is the Vice President in Charge of Operations. His responsibilities include the day-to-day handling of our staff of 70 field personnel and scheduling of all projects. Jerry joined his father in the company in 1984 after graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Industrial Education. He received a Masters Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1992. His expertise is in the area of parking garage restoration, and waterproofing and caulking. Jerry is active in the Sealing and Waterproofing Institute, and a member of AGC.

Kelly Slavin Wadelin

Kelly Wadelin is responsible for the financial operations of Kelly Enterprises, Inc., as well as the bonding and insurance requirements. Her expertise in accounting allows the company to operate in a strong financial position. In addition, Kelly handles the office staff and real estate financial investments. Kelly is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction.

James M. Blank

Jim Blank joined the company in 1990 to handle the marketing, advertising, and service expansion of the company. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 1982 with a degree in Education. His field of expertise is in the area of synthetic stucco and is an approved inspector by AWCI. He is also active in the Concrete Repair Institute.

John Rice

John Rice has been with Kelly Enterprises, Inc. since 1989 and is responsible for the management of equipment and materials. John has a strong background in OSHA requirements and has implemented the safety program for the company.
