Kelly Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1969 by James Slavin. Originally named Kelly Caulking, the company provided caulking and waterproofing services to the building industry. In 1977 Mr. Slavin opened a second office in Atlanta, Georgia to service the fast-growing southern region.
In 1983, his son, Gerald Blank, joined the company to help establish it is a restoration specialist. At this time the company was renamed Kelly Enterprises, Inc.
The later additions of Kelly Slavin and James Blank has assured the future of KELLY ENTERPRISES INC as a family owned corporation and as a "service-first" company.
